kkfbi Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the kkfbi platform — all policies regarding your account, bonuses, and payments are clearly set out here.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and gaming products on the kkfbi platform. By creating an account on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
1Definitions and Applicability
In these Terms, "kkfbi", "we", or "platform" refers to the kkfbi online gaming service. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on kkfbi.
These Terms are governed by Bangladeshi law and apply to residents of Bangladesh. Using any part of the kkfbi platform means you have fully read and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
- kkfbi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
- For significant changes, members may be notified by email.
2Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Restriction
To open an account on kkfbi, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Accounts of underage users will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated under the same policy.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. kkfbi reserves the right to immediately cancel any account opened with false information. kkfbi may request additional documentation at any time for identity verification.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to kkfbi support immediately. Managing an account through a third party is strictly prohibited.
3Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kkfbi supports only the following payment methods:
For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank may be used. Transactions made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited — the account must be in the user's own name.
3.2 Minimum Limits
Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method) | Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, processing may take longer if identity verification or anti-fraud checks are required.
3.4 Withdrawal Prerequisites
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are generally made using the same method through which the deposit was made.
- kkfbi reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
4Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New kkfbi members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. An example of how the bonus works:
✦ Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
✦ Deposit ৳34,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳54,000
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses must be used within a specified time period — the expiry date will be stated in each offer.
- Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
- kkfbi reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse or irregular betting behaviour is detected.
- A bonus can be removed from an account at the user's request, but in that case all winnings earned from the bonus will also be forfeited.
5VIP Program and Rewards
kkfbi's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
All decisions regarding VIP tier status are at kkfbi's sole discretion. The bonus terms set out in Section 4 also apply to cashback bonuses.
6Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkfbi platform:
- Fraud, deception, or operating an account through illegal means.
- Collaborative or coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse.
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Attempting to obtain other users' personal information.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
- Operating an account or receiving funds in a third party's name.
If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
7Limitation of Liability
kkfbi ensures SSL encryption and fair play as a secure and reliable platform. However, kkfbi is not liable for the following:
- Game sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
- Losses caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
- Login details falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.
- Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
kkfbi reserves the right to correct any game results or bonuses incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
8Privacy and Data Protection
kkfbi stores users' personal information with the utmost care. Detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect data can be found on our Privacy Policy page.
For identity verification purposes, kkfbi may share limited information with security-related third parties. User data is not sold for marketing purposes without the user's consent.
9Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
kkfbi places the highest importance on responsible gaming. This is an adult (21+) entertainment platform and gaming should never be considered a source of income.
- Users can contact the support team to set deposit limits, session limits, or activate self-exclusion.
- Any attempt to open a new account while self-exclusion is active will be rejected.

10Account Closure and Termination
10.1 Closure at the User's Request
Any user may close their account at any time. To do so, contact the kkfbi support team. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
10.2 Closure at kkfbi's Initiative
kkfbi reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of prohibited activities as described in Section 6 or any serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, the return of deposited funds is at kkfbi's discretion.
11Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact kkfbi's customer support team first. The support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

After a complaint is submitted, kkfbi will review it within a reasonable time. If a resolution cannot be reached by mutual agreement, the dispute will be referred to a more formal resolution process.
12Governing Law and Final Provisions
These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If any clause is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining Terms will remain fully in force.
